Performance Priorities

Core Responsibilities and Activities

  • Nurture Collaborations: Further develop existing and add new partnerships, referrals, and software tool affiliate programs. Provide tailored collaborative consultation to deepen these relationships, resulting in more opportunities for joint or individual strategic and accessible projects.
  • Relationship-Building: Your B2C activities will drive engagement with our training and coursework offerings, plus lead generation at conferences. Your B2B activities will be relationship-building for comprehensive accessibility program road mapping, document remediation, and consulting services.
  • Outreach and Engagement: Work with our Marketing and Design teams to use a data-driven approach to create campaigns to help expand our accessibility reach and impact through inbound lead generation and audience retargeting.
  • RFI/RFP Program: Research and subscribe to several tracking and elevation services. Evaluate requests for viability and manage our content creation and templatized proposal response process.

Other Activities

  • Sales Support Strategy: Work with our Marketing and Design teams, using a variety of approaches, tools, and strategies to create assets, raise accessibility awareness, expand the potential customer base, and begin a prospect's journey.
  • Project Management: Successfully manage projects and the rhythms of Chax and Tamman’s workflow, including influencing and holding the team accountable.
  • Professional Development: If not already acquired, begin your accessibility journey with a target of obtaining your IAAP CPACC Certification within a year.

Role Objectives

  • Work with our Head of Partnership Operations to maintain a list of key objectives and deliverables designed to grow business opportunities
  • Support concept and strategy development plus execution for partnership operations and lead generation efforts; seek approval from internal stakeholders
  • Oversee the production of high-quality assets, including marketing material, collateral, video, graphics, copy, and more
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that outreach and engagement strategies meet business objectives, timelines, and budget requirements
  • Oversee inbound and outbound campaigns, including but not limited to emails, websites, paid advertising, content creation, and more 
  • Monitor ongoing performance analytics and recommend and implement optimizations based on established metrics

Hard Skills Required 

  • Track record of developing and executing successful outreach campaigns
  • A demonstrated excellence in content creation and storytelling; required
  • High-level of computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, Google Docs, spreadsheets, CRMs, and project management tools such as Monday; required
  • Experience building lead-generating content, knowledge of how content generates demand, facilitating demos, and public speaking; strongly preferred
  • Understanding of outreach campaign strategy, content creation, marketing, and performance measurement; preferred 
  • Experience or interest in digital inclusivity and accessibility; is a plus
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, LinkedIn Marketing Solution, marketing analytics and reporting, plus email marketing, etc.; is a plus
